为了提高太阳能利用率,本文设计了一款太阳能跟踪器。此控制器为双轴控 制跟踪,能自动跟踪太阳。本文首先对几种跟踪方式进行了对比分析,综合考虑 后,本文选择了混合跟踪控制作为本文的跟踪方式。其次本文对当前两种常见的 跟踪坐标系进行了对比分析,最后本文选择了极轴坐标系作为本文的参考坐标。 本文主要对太阳跟踪器进行了硬件电路设计。主要的硬件电路有:主控电路,复 位电路,时钟电路,信号采集电路,光强检测电路(又包括比较器电路和差分放 大电路),电源电路,驱动电路,串口电路。软件方面,本文对主要的控制过程, 进行了流程图设计。最后本文对本次设计进行了总结,分析了存在的问题,并提 出了改进方向和对未来的展望。

In order to improve the utilization rate of solar energy, this paper designed a solar tracker。The controller for two-axis tracking control, can automatically track the sun。At first, this paper compares several tracking mode of analysis, through analysis and comparison, this paper chose the hybrid tracking control as a way of tracking in this paper。Secondly this paper compares the current two common tracking coordinate system analysis, through analysis and comparison, this paper chose the horizon coordinate system as a reference coordinate in this paper。This article mainly discusses the hardware circuit is designed for solar tracker。The main hardware circuit are: main control circuit, reset circuit, clock circuit, signal acquisition circuit, light intensity detection circuit (including comparator circuit and differential amplifier circuit), the power supply circuit, driving circuit, serial interface circuit。And for each circuit, this article has carried on the detailed introduction。Software, in this paper, the main control process, the flow chart of design。Finally in this paper, the design are summarized, analyzed the existing problems, and put forward the improvement direction and vision of the future。
