摘要随着煤炭行业逐渐发展,煤矿安全生产越来越重要。井下排水系统是煤矿生 产中比较重要的工作系统,矿井里的积水如果不能及时地被排除,将会对煤炭生 产和在矿井中的工人的生命安全产生很大的威胁。然而,现在少数小型矿井仍采 用传统的继电气控制方式进行排水,应急性不高,有着很大的安全风险。72272
本文针对目前少数小型矿井排水系统的不足,提出井下水泵控制系统设计, 它适用于少数小型矿井,该系统由可编程控制器、传感器、操作箱、上位机和控 制网络等构成。选用西门子 S7-300 系列 PLC 作为控制核心,负责传感器参数 的采集,上位机和就地操作箱命令的采集,发出启停命令等等。系统配有触摸屏 和操作按键的操作箱,可以用来选择工作模式,显示水泵运行信息。选用工业以 太网结构的控制网络,实现 PLC 与上位机之间的连接。
本文在手动操作系统的基础上,基于独立网络的集中监控,实现远程预警和 集中控制,增加全自动与半自动的工作方式,提高矿井的水泵的自动化水平。

Design of Centralized Control System of Pump Under the Shaft Based on PLC and Touch Screen
Abstract With the development of coal industry, production safety in coalmines is attached great significance。 Drainage system under the shaft plays an important role in coalmines’ production safety。 If the ponding in the mine cannot be drained in time, it will threaten the miners’ life safety as well as the coal production。
Nowadays, a few small mines are still using the traditional relay-controlled drainage method,which has poor response for emergency and thus carry high risk。 Aiming at the deficiency of such drainage system, this essay presents the auto-control
system for pump under the shaft, which is applicable for these small mines。 This auto-control system is mainly constructed by PLC, sensor, operation box, upper computer and control network。 PLC of Siemens S7-300 series is used as control core, taking charge of collecting sensor parameters and orders of upper computer and local operating box, sending start and stop orders, and so on。 This system is equipped with operation box of touch screen and operation buttons, which is used to display pump operation information and choose working mode。 Industry Ethernet is applied to connect PLC and upper computer。
On the foundation of manual operation system, centralized control based on isolated network is established to realize distant early warning and centralized control。 Automatic and semi-automatic working mode are added in order to increase the automation level of pump in the mine。
