摘要随着社会的不断演进、经济的快速发展,电能在各方各面都发挥着越来越重要的作用。在21世纪,我们已经不敢想象如果没有电,我们的生活会变成什么样子。换句话说,我们已经离不开电能了。人们对于电的需求是无限的,只会增多,不会减少,但是电能生产是有限制的,或者说传统的用于生产电能的不可再生资源是有限的,比如火电厂用于发电的煤炭。这就需要我们开发新的可用于发电的则再生能源。新时期,风能、太阳能以其独特的优势登上了历史舞台。人们开始在一些固有能源稀缺甚至储量为零的地区用丰富的风能和太阳能发电。72350

然而风能和太阳能作为天然的可再生资源,它也具有不可调性。人们无法控制其一直保持一种稳定的输出状态,以供发电的平衡性和持续性。总的来说风能、太阳能都具有随机性、间歇性和波动性,所以在风电大规模并网时将会发生许多的问题。本文主要针对于盐城地区,在通过分析其风电数据和负荷数据进而得出风电的出力特性、波动特性和调峰特性,全面而系统来讲述关于风光互补发电并入电网的是可行性及实施过程中的问题及解决方法。

最后简单的介绍一下关于风光互补优化的有关数据参数,主要就是互补率。为了能使可再生资源发挥其最大的使用价值,尽可能实现平缓其波动性,实现发电的持续性和平滑性,实现这要求我们对于对于互补率和平滑度做相关的分析。

Example Analysis of Wind and Solar Hybrid Power Generation

Abstract With the constant progress of the society, the rapid development of economy, electricity are playing a more and more important role in all sides。 In the 21st century, we have already can't imagine if there were no electricity, our life will become what appearance。 In other words, we can not live without electricity。 People’s requirement for electricity is infinite and it will only increase, but the electricity production is limited。 In other words,traditional and non-renewable resources which used to produce electricity is limited, such as coal power 。 This condition needs us to develop new and renewable energy to generate power。 In the new era, wind energy and solar energy boarded the stage of history。 People started product electrical energy in some inherent areas and electrical energy scarcity areas which has rich wind and solar power。

However, as natural renewable resources, wind and solar power also have a non-regulatory nature。People can't control its output state to maintain a stable, for power balance and sustainable。 In general, wind and solar power is random, intermittent and volatility。 Many problem will happen when wind power with large-scale grid。 This article mainly aims at yancheng area。By analyzing the wind data and load data we can come out of the wind power output’s characteristics ,such as wave characteristics and load characteristics。 To tell the system about wind-light complementary power grid and the problems and solutions in the process of implementation。

Finally, I introduce about parameters of scenery complementary optimization , related data is the main point。 In order to make the most use of renewable resources  and exert its maximum value as far as possible, realize smoothly the volatility, realize the power of continuity and smoothness, which requires us to complement each other to meet a relevant analysis of rate and smoothness。
