摘要由于交通对人们的出行提供了极大的便利并且促进了经济发展,所以如何保 证汽车的安全是研发汽车的重点。因为汽车轮胎自身质量原因,或者在恶劣的路 况上受到压迫,轮胎会发生爆炸或漏气从而引发交通事故。汽车轮胎压力监测技 术是一种非常有效地防止和减少因轮胎故障而引发交通事故的方法。72731
本文通过研究轮胎压力监测系统(TPMS)的主要功能,对 TPMS 做出了完 整的设计要求,最终完成了本设计的总体方案。通过分析 TPMS 的功能要求来 挑选合适的硬件部分的元器件,对 TPMS 做出硬件设计,这部分主要有发射模块 与接收模块的电路原理图;对 TPMS 做出软件设计,设计出轮胎发射模块及中 央接收模块的程序设计及其他能实现主要功能的软件流程图。
本文基于 TPMS 的工作原理,将传感器技术、无线通讯技术和单片机技术 等结合在一起构建了 TPMS 的总体设计方案。本设计确保了汽车轮胎能够有安 全的压力和温度进行使用,在发生漏气和胎压过高的时候发出警报,确保了车辆 的安全,发展潜力十分开阔。

The Design of the Tire Pressure Monitoring System
Abstract As the traffic of people travel to provide a great convenience, and promote economic development, so how to ensure the safety car is the focus of research and development of the car。 Because the car tire itself quality problems, or oppression on the poor road conditions, the tires may explode or leak causing a traffic accident。 Tire pressure monitoring technology is a very effective method of preventing and reducing accidents caused by tire failure is。
By studying TPMS main function, to make a complete TPMS design requirements, the final completion of the overall program of this design。 By analyzing the TPMS functional requirements to select the right hardware components; to make TPMS hardware design, this part of the main circuit diagram of the transmitter module and receiver module; for TPMS make software design, module design and launch of the tire central receiver module programming and other software to achieve the main function of the flow chart。
Based TPMS works, will combine sensor technology, wireless communication technology and microprocessor technology together to build a TPMS overall design。 This design ensures that the car can have a safe tire pressure and temperature used in the event of leakage alert and tire pressure is too high, to ensure the safety of the vehicle, the development potential is very broad。
