摘要随着科技的进步和生产要求的不断提高,电机调速系统的性能成为提高生产水平的关键,而要进行高精度的控制,必须有先进的测速装置和算法,本文正是在这样的背景下,提出研究高精度测速系统。73701
首先,本文介绍测速系统研究的背景和意义,分析模拟、数字测速优缺点后。然后讨论基于光电编码器的数字测速法,即M法、T法、M/T法,并分析其误差来源,以及测速范围。再根据改进型M/T测速法的思想,以单片机为硬件平台,预测控制为理论基础,以提高系统的测量实时性、精度和测速范围,通过MATLAB软件结合单片机系统进行测速,进行数据测量,再对数据进行分析,通过比较测速法的数据进行验证。

The Design of the Improved M/T Speed Measuring System Based on Predictive Control and the Vector Control System
Abstract With the progress of science and technology and the constantly improvement of the production requirements, the performance of the motor speed control system become the key to improve the level of production,。However ,if carrying on the high precision control,advanced devices and algorithms are essential。 In this background,research high precision speed measuring system is put forward。
Firstly,after introducing the speed measuring system’s research background and significance,the analysis of analog and digital speed’s advantages and disadvantages, discussed the digital speed measuring method based on photoelectric encoder, the M method, T method and M/T method,also analyzing the error sources and the speed range。 According to the improved M/T speed measuring method。With the single chip processor as the platform, predictive control as the theoretical basis , which is in order to improve the system of measure real-time, precision and speed range, the MATLAB software combines with single chip microcomputer system as the tool of the measure of speed and the measure of data , then analyzing the data,and comparing speed measuring method’s data for validation。
