摘要:目前我国正在大力发展高速动车组,高速动车组具有运行速度高等特点,这就会引起了人们对高速动车组运行的安全性关注,要考虑到动车组运行安全性,同时也要保证动车组上重要零部件在高速运行的情况下也处于正常工作,避免因为动车组上零部件故障影响或者危及行车安全。轮对所用钢的材料对于行车安全以及提高动车组运能也是至关重要的。轮对是整个动车组重要的旋转部件必须要保证它的机械性能指标在允许范围内。在本文中主要采用SolidWorks建立CRH2拖车轮对和60Kg/m的钢轨的模型,将这些模型用workbench进行有限元分析。根据仿真应力图读出轮对在三种不同工况下的应力值,取其结果对轮对的疲劳强度校核。这个仿真分析试验能有利于我们研究高速动车组在不同工况下的应力分布情况,为以后高速动车组轮对的设计提供相应的试验数据。74680

Stress Analysis Of Wheelsets In Multiple Unit
Abstract: Nowadays, China is dedicated to developing the high speed trains which have the characteristics like high speed。 In the meantime,it also draws public attention to its security, which involves the operation security of trains, as well as the normal running of the essential components under high speed condition to avoid affecting and jeopardizing the driving security due to malfunction of the components。 Among the components, the steel of which wheels are made of plays an vital role in driving security and improving its operation function。 The wheel is the important rotating parts to the whole train, so it should be controlled within its tolerance。 In the paper, SolidWorks will be used to establish the model of the wheelset of CRH-2 and the steel rail of 60 km/h and adopt the finite element method to analysize it withworkbench。 The stress distribution of the straight line and curve under switch condition will be calculated and its fatigue strength will be checked。 This simulated analysis experiment is helpful for our research of trains’ stress distribution under high speed, providing the experimental data for future design of the high speed train wheels。
