摘要我国经济正在快速发展,凭借着资源优势电石行业的科技更是不断提高。但是从整体来看,自动化水平并不是太高,并且在资源浪费和污染严重问题上有待突破。制造电石的关键设备就是电石炉,传统电石炉一般为电弧炉、电阻炉,但通过对比发现,使用中频感应加热炉(以下简称中频炉)进行熔炼更为快速、有效,它不仅生产效率高,而且产品质量好,从而节约资源、环保费用。
中频炉相对而言自动化程度比较高,所以在本设计中电石炉采用中频炉。在硬件电路中,本文对电石炉的主回路、中频炉的设备特点及工作原理和电石炉加料的控制方法进行了详细的研究。
在软件控制方面,由于电石炉现场的控制和管理比较复杂,传统的继电器方式已不再满足要求。鉴于PLC控制系统能够在较复杂的环境下工作,所以本课题的电石炉加料控制系统将采用PLC控制。

Design of Feeding Control System for Calcium Carbide Furnace
Abstract China's economy is growing rapidly, with resource advantage of calcium carbide industry of science and technology is rising。 But overall, the automation level is not too high, and awaiting a breakthrough in waste of resources and serious pollution problems。 Essential equipment for the manufacture of calcium carbide is calcium carbide furnace, traditional calcium carbide furnace to electric arc furnace, furnace, but by comparison, using medium-frequency induction heating furnace (hereinafter referred to as intermediate frequency furnace) are melting more quickly and effectively, it is not only high production efficiency and product quality, thus saving resources and environmental costs。
Medium frequency induction furnace is relatively high degree of automation, so the design of calcium carbide furnace with intermediate frequency furnace。 In hardware, the main loop, in this paper, calcium carbide furnace medium frequency furnace equipment features and working principle and control of calcium carbide furnace charging method carried out a detailed study。
In terms of software, due for calcium carbide furnace control and management more complex, traditional relay is no longer meet the requirements。 In view of the PLC control system is able to work in a more complex environment, this project of calcium carbide furnace feeding control system using PLC control。
