摘要在现代生产中,对于质量有着十分严格的要求,机械设备故障的诊断技术越来越受到重视,因此这也就催生了故障诊断试验技术的发展。轴承是在机械工业生产中比较常见精密部件,主要用于给旋转零件提供支撑,通过改变旋转零件和旋转轴之间的摩擦关系来改善旋转系统的转动精度。76880

正是由于实际生产中的需要,对滚动轴承故障检测的要求越来越高。本论文将以滚动轴承为研究对象,在总结前人的成果后,再结合设计要求对现有的检测方法进行改进,设计出新的滚动轴承故障诊断实验平台。该实验平台将会采用振动检测法对故障轴承进行检测,整个试验平台包括:加载系统、动力系统和检测系统。加载系统能够提供试验所需的轴向和径向载荷;动力系统能够为待测轴承提供转矩;检测系统能够检测转速、加速度和载荷。上述的三个系统相互配合,能够按照检测标准的要求,对滚动轴承进行故障检测。

在课题计中,选取了6309至6316系列轴承作为设计平台的试验对象,按照国家检测标准对试验平台进行了设计。使其不仅能够满足实际使用需求,更能够方便实验变量的调节、利用传感器自动收集试验数据,提高试验效率。

Abstract In modern production, the quality has very strict requirements, mechanical equipment failure diagnosis technology more and more attention, so it also gave birth to the development of diagnostic testing of technology。 Bearing is a relatively common mechanical precision parts in industrial production, mainly used to provide support for rotating parts, by changing the relationship between the rotational friction between the parts and the rotary shaft is rotated to improve the accuracy of the rotation system。

It is because of the actual production needs, the rolling bearing fault detection increasingly demanding。 The papers will be rolling bearings for the study, after the summary of the results of previous studies, combined with the design requirements in the existing detection methods improve, the design of new rolling bearing fault diagnosis experiment platform。 The experimental platform will be used for vibration detection method for detecting bearing faults, the entire test platform comprising: a loading system, power systems and detection systems。 Load test system can provide the required axial and radial loads; power systems capable of providing torque to the test bearing; plus measurement system capable of detecting speed, acceleration and load。 The above three systems complement each other, in accordance with the requirements of testing standards for rolling bearing fault detection。

In the project plan, the selection to the 6309-6316 series bearings as a design platform of the test object, according to the national standard testing on the test platform design。 Make it can not only meet the needs of the actual use, but also can facilitate the adjustment of the experimental variables, using sensors automatically collect the test data, improve the test efficiency。
