摘要:近年来火灾时有发生,对消防人员人身安全造成重大威胁,本文设计了一款可代替消防人员进入火场工作的智能消防机器人。该消防机器人由电动小汽车、火焰检测模块、灭火装置等模块组成。电动小汽车采用L298N驱动模块驱动直流电机并由单片机控制小车行走,搭载了火焰检测模块和灭火装置进入火场;选用STC12C5A60S2单片机作为控制芯片,火焰检测模块选用红外火焰传感器对火源进行检测,并将数据传给单片机分析处理,单片机判断火源位置并控制小车运动到火源处,单片机控制灭火装置执行灭火操作。灭火装置由继电器和高压水枪组成,继电器相当于开关控制着高压水枪的开启与关闭。消防小车自动检测火源并前往火源将其扑灭的设计保障了消防人员的生命安全,具有一定的推广使用价值。78721

Abstract:Fires have occurred in recent years, poses a major satety threat to firefighters。This article designs an intelligent fire-fighting robot to replace firefighters which need to work into the fire。The fire fighting robot is composed of an electric car, a flame detection module,a fire extinguishing device and other modules。The electric car uses L298N drive module and DC motor drive。It can walk controlled by single-chip microcomputer and carry a flame detection module and fire extinguishing device into the fire。 The fire-fighting robot chooses STC12C5A60S2 single-chip microcomputer as the control chip。The flame detection module selects the infrared sensor to test the fire flame and pass the data to the single chip microcomputer to analyze。 The single-chip microcomputer will judge the location of the fire source and can control the car to move to the fire source。The single-chip microcomputer can control fire extinguishing device to perform fire extinguishing operation。Fire extinguishing device is composed of relay and water cannon。Rlay is equal to the switch which controls the opening and closing of water cannon。The fire-fighting car can detect fire source automatically and put out the fire。This design keep the firefighters safety,so it has a certain value for promotion。
