摘要在电力系统大停电事故后执行合理可行的黑启动方案能有效加快系统恢复进程,减 少停电损失。在黑启动过程中,空载线路的投切会引起线路末端电压的升高,产生的过 电压会造成绝缘的损坏,对线路电气设备造成影响,不利于黑启动的恢复,因此需要对线 路末端的过电压进行校验。
现有的过电压的校验有传统的公式法和利用 EMTP 电磁暂态仿真法两种方法。传统 的公式法过程计算较为复杂,需要较长的计算时间,而利用 EMTP 电磁暂态仿真法需反 复手动地填写其输入文件。为此,需要对 EMTP 软件自动校验方法进行研究。78757
本文在分析电网黑启动过程中操作过电压和工频过电压产生的机理和计算方法的基 础上,建立了 MATLAB 和 EMTP 过电压自动校验方法,最后以 39 节点系统两种黑启动 中的过电压问题为例,并对一条黑启动路径进行过电压校验,验证了其合理性。

Title Study on automatic check methods of over-voltage in black-start based on ATP-EMTP
Abstract After the accident of blackout in power system to perform reasonable black-start scheme can effectively accelerate the process of system recovery, reducing outage losses。So which can let the power failure recover automatically is black start cause the attention of people。In the process of black start,switch-on and switch-off of line at no-load Will cause a higher voltage at the end of the line。Overvoltage can cause damage to insulation, affect line electrical equipment, is not conducive to the recovery of black start,So we need to check the end of the line overvoltage。
Today,check with the traditional formula of overvoltage and using EMTP electromagnetic transient simulation method two ways。The traditional formula method process is very complicated,And the use of EMTP electromagnetic transient simulation method should be repeated to manually fill in the input file。So we need a way of EMTP software to automatically generate the input file。
Based on analysis of the power grid operation in the process of black start and the mechanism of over-voltage and power frequency overvoltage calculation method in this paper。MATLAB and EMTP over-voltage automatic calibration method is established,39 node system is discussed in the end the overvoltage problem in two kinds of black start,And check a black start path for overvoltage ,Its rationality was verified。
