摘要滚动轴承作为机械设备中最为常见的零部件之一,它的状态直接影响到整个设备是 否能够安全运行,因此为了减少经济损失,人们越发的重视起滚动轴承故障诊断和监测 方面的研究工作。本文在总结国内外研究基础之上,开发了滚动轴承的声音信号采集系 统,并对轴承的声音信号进行了初步分析。70403
首先,本文分析了轴承的构造,并分析了滚动轴承常见的故障模式,结合轴承故障 的声音发射机理,了解了滚动轴承的声波传播的规律,在此基础上,总结了轴承故障的 时域和频域的常见特征指标。
其次,对系统的硬件系统进行需求分析,并进行硬件系统的总体方案的设计,对系 统中的声音传感器、数据采集卡、工控机等进行选型,搭建了滚动轴承声音信号的硬件 采集系统。
然后,对系统的软件进行总体的设计,选择 LabVIEW 图形化开发软件进行系统软件 的开发,系统的软件分为轴承声音采集模块,数据存储模块、数据展示模块等。
最后,利用 MATLAB 对采集的滚动轴承的声音信号进行初步的分析和处理,包括对信 号进行小波去噪,并选择合适的特征指标对轴承声音信号进行分析,通过和正常轴承进 行对比,对轴承的进行初步的故障诊断。

Title Acoustic Signal Acquisition of Rolling Bearing Fault Diagnosis System
Abstract Rolling mechanical equipment as one of the most common components, its state directly affect whether the entire device can be safely operated, so in order to reduce economic losses, more and more people's attention is paid to the rolling bearing fault diagnosis research and monitoring。 This paper summarizes research on the basis of domestic and foreign research, and develops a rolling bearing sound signal acquisition system, and analysis the bearing of a sound signal a preliminary 。
First, the bearing structure, and analyzes the rolling bearing common failure mode are be analyzed in the paper, combined with the acoustic emission mechanism bearing fault, to understand the laws of sound waves that rolling bearing spread。 On this basis, the time-domain and frequency domain the common characteristic indexes of bearing fault are summed up。
Secondly, the system's hardware system requirements are analyzed, to design the overall hardware system , which including the sound sensors, data acquisition card, industrial machines and other selection, and then a rolling bearing sound signal acquisition system hardware is set up。
Then, the overall software system is designed, the LabVIEW software is selected。 The software system is pided into bearing sound acquisition module, data storage module and data display module。
Finally, MATLAB is used to preliminary analysis and processing the sound signal acquisition of rolling bearing, including de-noising signal wavelet , and selecting the appropriate feature indicators to analyze the bearing sound signal with comparing normal bearings, and then the initial fault diagnosis is conducted。
