摘要:信号在生活中必不可少,在公路,铁路等方面的应用更是举足轻重。在铁路和公路上如果没有信号就无法运行。铁路上火车在运行,如果没有一套信号制度,就没有办法保证列车安全运行。自有铁路以来,人们就约定以物体的外表特征,如形状、位置、颜色、灯光以及状态的显示数目等作为向乘务人员和行车有关人员传达运行条件和命令的信号[1]。对于信号灯的控制是有多种方式的,可以使用继电器控制,也可以使用PLC的控制。80903
对于继电器控制和PLC控制都是可行的,PLC相对体积小,能耗低,同时配线特别的少,而继电器是一种无触电,无火花的接通和断开被控电路的方式。现在中国的大部分铁路都是使用继电器控制。本文主要结合实际需要,结合轨道交通学院实验室实际情况,论述铁路信号灯的种类及在铁路信号系统中的作用,论述铁路信号灯常用的各类继电器电路。设计一个实验操作台,要求该操作台能完成上述的全部使用电路的实验连接并能实现各种信号灯的信号显示,及能相应显示信号灯的状态。画出全部实验电路三图,操作台结构图,列出操作台上元器件配置表,并说明该操作台的使用。
