摘要:本课题压电传感器设计使用了转换与检查技术、信号的处理、数字技术等技术。是一款现代的新型测量仪器。例如压电传感器主要是单片机的微型计算机,由所述压电传感器检测信号,通过放大器模块放大,然后把放大得到的模拟信号导入到A/D转换器中,输出得到数字信号,经过单片机对信号的处理,再通过显示电路得出结果,最后得到我们需要的数据。压电传感器在测量方面非常精确、快速测量、并且使用数字液晶显示。具有很好的实用性,小到可以测量人的心率脉搏,大到可以测量汽车的震动频率。本次设计的目的主要是实现测量人的脉搏心跳。82519
在这一设计中,包含了软件设计和硬件设计,其中软件主要是KEIL软件编程;硬件设计则包括电路板的焊接,原理图和仿真。本次试验设计中,传感器用薄膜式压电传感器,配上STC12C5A60S2芯片,用于处理所收集的数据,放大电路则用LF356N高阻型运算放大器,A/D转换电路由于我们选择的STC12C5A60S2芯片内部自带,所以我们不需要另外选择,由上述压电薄膜传感器中产生的电荷后,经过LF356N放大后,将放大后得到的模拟信号,导入到AD转换中,经过单片机的处理,最后输入到LCD显示中显示出来,最后得到实验数据。
