摘 要: 当前我国处于社会转型时期，各种利益冲突加剧，社会安全事件频发，媒体的舆论引导更显重要。本论文采用文献综述和案例分析等研究方法，以“钓鱼岛打砸抢烧”事件为案例，从社会安全事件媒体舆论引导的必要性出发，探讨在社会安全事件发生时，媒体舆论引导的方式方法，并指出媒体存在回避性报道和危机防范意识薄弱等问题。强调媒体应努力把握议程设置的主动权、构建传统媒体与新媒体的合作机制、积极搭建政府和公众的沟通桥梁，从而使之更好的对社会安全事件进行舆论引导。6287

Research on Media Public Opinion Guidance of Social Security Events -Take “the Diaoyu Island Vandalism Burning” for Instance
Abstract: Our country is currently in the period of social transformation, with various conflicts of interest and the social security event, so the media public opinion is more important. Using the methods of literature review and case analysis, taking “the Diaoyu Island vandalism burning” as an example, the paper starts from the necessity of the media public opinion to guide social security events, then discusses ways of media public opinion guidance when the social security event occurs, and points out the problems of avoidant reports and weak crisis awareness. The paper emphasizes that the media should strive to seize the initiative in the agenda setting, build the cooperation mechanism between traditional media and new media, actively making communication bridge of the government and the public, so that the media can be better to use public opinion to guide social security events.

社会安全事件的媒体舆论引导研究 ——以“钓鱼岛打砸抢烧事件”为例
2007年11月1日施行的《中华人民共和国突发事件应对法》中规定，社会安全事件是指在社会安全领域发生的，因人为因素造成或者可能造成严重社会危害，社会秩序受到破坏，需要采取应急处置措施的事件。包括：重大刑事案件、重特大火灾事件、群体事件、学校安全事件以及其他社会影响严重的突发性事件。目前，许多社会安全事件的发生都受到舆论的影响，这就决定了媒体的舆论引导具有不同寻常的重要性和特殊性。媒体有效的舆论引导，能够使舆论向着有利于事件解决的方向发展。在社会安全事件中，媒体在进行舆论引导时稍有不慎就会使社会安全事件恶化，造成更为严重的社会危害，因此对社会安全事件中的媒体舆论引导研究迫在眉睫。 社会安全事件的媒体舆论引导研究:http://www.youerw.com/xinwen/lunwen_3748.html
