摘要铝基复合材料的焊接性能较差,其他焊接方法不足以完成铝基复合材料的连接,而钎焊可以完成,所以本次试验采用钎焊的方法对铝基复合材料进行连接。试验采用纳米多层膜自蔓延反应放热作为热源。利用Al-Si-Mg钎料对铝基复合材料进行连接,分别采用90MPa、100MPa、110MPa、120MPa压力作用在焊接组件,利用3层、4层纳米多层膜作为热源。同时利用Al-Si钎料对铝基复合材料进行连接,对焊接组件采用120 MPa压力、3层纳米多层膜进行试验。对母材进行镀锌镍处理,并且利用Al-Si钎料对铝基复合材料进行焊接。增加镀层的母材比正常母材的焊接结果更好。相比于传统加热设备,利用纳米多层自蔓延金属箔作为热源,焊接组件在焊接前后温度变化较小,焊后平面度可控制在0。1mm以内,采用Al-Si-Mg钎料焊缝硬度达到507。6 HV0。5并且采用Al-Si钎料焊缝的硬度达到526。8HV0。5。87852

Title self-propagating brazing of aluminum matrix composites with Nanomultilayers
Abstract Aluminum matrix composite welding performance is poor and other welding methods is not sufficient to complete the aluminum matrix composite connection, brazing can be completed, so the test by brazing method to connect to the aluminum matrix composites。 The self propagating reaction heat release of nano multilayer film was used as heat source。 The aluminum matrix composites were connected by Al-Si-Mg solder, and the pressure of 120MPa, 100MPa, 110MPa and 90MPa were used in the welding assembly, and the 3 layer and 4 layer nano multilayer films were used as heat source。 At the same time, the aluminum matrix composites were connected with Al-Si solder, and the welding components were tested by 120 MPa pressure and 3 layer nano multilayers。 The aluminum matrix composites were welded by Al-Si solder on the base metal。 The increase of the coating is better than that of the normal base metal。 Compared to the traditional heating equipment, using nano multilayer self propagating metal foil as the heat source, welding components in small changes in temperature before and after welding and after welding flatness can be controlled within 0。1mm, the Al Si Mg alloy weld hardness reached 507。6 hv0。5 and with Al Si filler weld hardness reached 526。8HV0。5。源-于,优Y尔E论W文.网wwW.yOueRw.com 原文+QQ752018`766
