摘要本文通过对教师课堂用语的研究，探究了教师课堂用语如何影响学生学习 效果。以 Brown 和 Levinson 的面子理论为基础，以收集的英语教师课堂用语为 切入点，本文主要探讨在英语课堂教学中，教师的课堂用语如何在保留学生“积 极面子”和“消极面子”的前提下得到构建，从而有利于活跃课堂气氛，减轻学 生焦虑的情绪，激发学生学习英语的兴趣。结果显示，通过营造这种和谐的课堂 气氛，教师可以增强学生学习英语的自信心,并最终达到有效的英语教学目标。 因此本文提出，在英语课堂中，教师应注意自己的课堂用语，从而使学生的英语学习效果最大化。 85737

Nowadays, with the rapid development of world globalization and the great enhancement of the cross-cultural communication, there has been a boom of learning English throughout the world。 Among them, China is a country with the largest population learning English。
