1。2 Definition of the flipped classroom
The flipped classroom is a teaching mode different from the traditional teaching and learning process。 It puts emphasis on re-planning the curricular and extracurricular learning time, and urging the students to make use of their spare time to learn concepts and knowledge, so as to complete the teaching mission and grasp the teaching contents。 At the same time, teachers and students interact with each other equally。 The teacher’s leading role is to answer students’ questions encountered in the study, organize students to discuss with each other and report the learning outcomes in the class to promote the teaching effects and shift learning initiative from teachers to students。
Precious class time is used to organize the more active task-based learning in the flipped classroom。 Students conduct a collaborative researches that focuses on the related topics to gain a deeper understanding of the subject, rather than teachers’ blindly infusion teaching。 Unlike traditional classroom, the autonomous learning is even more important in the flipped classroom。 Every student can acquire the knowledge by cooperating with peers, watching video lectures, listening to podcasts, reading e-books, and exchanging resources in the online community。 Because the students can access these resources whenever they want, teachers have more time to interact with each student。 After class, students deal with the learning contents, and design their own learning process, choose the learning methods, and display the learning achievements。 Teachers need to continue to satisfy students’ learning needs and personalize learning process。 Its purpose is to allow students to learn by doing, and put what they have learnt into practice。来,自,优.尔:论;文*网www.youerw.com +QQ752018766- 翻转课堂在小学英语教学中的应用(2):http://www.youerw.com/yingyu/lunwen_88236.html
