摘要仓储系统作为现代物流和供应链系统的重要节点,已成为物流管理的核心部分和关键环节。随着技术的日新月异,传统仓储系统的弊端逐渐显露,过于依赖人力、效率低、工作量大、安全无法保障等等都加速了物联网概念与仓储系统的融合,智能仓储系统的概念便是在这一背景下应运而生的,并且已经成为了未来的发展趋势。智能仓储系统以自动化立体仓库为基础、以穿梭车(RGV)为核心,通过计算机进行远程操控,从而形成一个完整的物联网系统,真正实现仓库管理的完全自动化。 本课题以穿梭车为核心,从工业设计的角度,对穿梭车外观及工作方式进行改良设计;从系统设计的角度,对智能仓储系统的运作模式进行重新规划,使得仓库管理更加合理高效。77014

Title Design research of Intelligent Warehouse System
Abstract As an important node in the modern logistics and supply chain systems, warehouse system has become a core part and key aspects of logistics management。 With the developing of technology, the shortcomings of the traditional storage system is gradually revealed, such as dependence on manpower, low efficiency, capacity, lack of safety and security, which all accelerate the integration of the concept of networking and storage systems。 The concept of intelligent storage system is emerging under this background and has become the future trend of development。 On the basis of automated warehouse and with the core of the shuttle vehicle (RGV), Intelligent warehouse system is controlled by a computer remotely, so as to form a complete system of things, reaching the real fully automated warehouse management。 With the shuttle as the core, this paper designs the appearance and the way of working of shuttle better from the perspective of industrial design, and re-plans the mode of operation of the intelligent storage system from the perspective of system design, which makes warehouse management more rational and efficient。
