摘 要: 本次方案定位为现代LOFT办公空间设计，遵循人性化设计、舒适实用、开敞通透是这次设计的基本特点，同时运用设计元素加以点缀成为本次设计理念。此户型面积为370多平方米，可满足约70人活动空间，在此实训基地需预留会议室、接待区、材料展示区、动画设备储藏室及动画渲染室等空间。77224

设计自由舒适以及个性空间设计，是我对这次设计方案的最基本的要求。人性化、敞开化的办公空间，是本次设计在空间规划一个难点。选用现代LOFT风格，一方面可以充分利用整个办公空间，另一方面使整个实训基地更具有现代、前卫的设计思想，让使用者在此环境中惬意、舒适。本次设计，色彩运用简洁的黑、白、灰使空间更具有层次感、节奏感。增加原木色的木纹使空间更温馨，舒适。在施工工艺上，粗糙的原木与细致的金属相结合，掺插绿色植物使整个空间充满活力。本次设计的方案设计前提符合各个功能需求，同时增加设计者娱乐空间，使人处其中，能够获得舒适、自然、开心的设计环境。
