社工视角下的抑郁症康复治疗基于一个个案的研究

摘要根据统计数字，我国每年抑郁症患者数量及抑郁症导致自杀的人数均呈现不断上升趋势，抑郁症已经成为威胁人们心理健康的主要精神疾病。目前对抑郁症的研究主要集中在临床医学、心理学等领域，关注点也通常是经过治疗使患者达到生理和心理的康复，但却很少注意患者的社会康复问题，即走出机构后重回正常社会的能力。本文以一个个案为例，结合观察法、访谈法、文献法等资料收集方法，制定了合理的目标及方案对案主进行介入，经过危机介入、发掘潜能、构筑抗逆力、建立家庭支持网络、恢复朋辈关系五个步骤，帮助案主初步消除了因消极情绪而产生的心理危机，并增强了自我效能，完善了社会支持网络，增强案主重回社会的能力和信心，达到助人自助的目标。在结案评估的基础上，本文得出了若干结论并引申出相关建议，同时对于社工介入抑郁症康复的局限性进行了分析和反思，希望这个个案能够为抑郁症的社工康复介入提供一定的借鉴和参考。87741

Title Under the perspective of social work about depression rehabilitation based on a case study

Abstract According to the statistical data，the number of depressed patients and the ones who suicide because of depression is rising these years in China。Depression has now become the main mental disease threat to people’s mental health。 At present the study of depression mainly concentrated in the field of clinical medicine, psychology, and etc,and their focus are mainly about enable patients to achieve the physical and psychological rehabilitation after the treatment。They hardly cares about the social rehabilitation of patients,which related to their abilities to go back to the normal society when they leave the institutions。 This paper takes a case work as an example,combined with observation method, interview method and literature data collection methods,set reasonable goals and program the client for intervention,after five concepts called crisis intervention, excavate potential, building resilience, establish a family support network, restore peer relationship,assist the client to eliminate the psychological crisis caused by negative emotions, enhance self-efficacy, repair the social support net, strengthen the egotism ability and confidence to return to the society,aiming to help people to help themselves。We came to the conclusion after we wind up the case and evaluate,there are also some advice。At the same time we analyzed and rethought about the limitations。Hoping this can be a reference to social work intervention the rehabilitation of depression。
