摘要目的： 对余姚市2006—2015年甲乙类传染病流行趋势进行分析，并提出针对性的建议为相关部门制定传染病防治策略提供参考。 方法：对2006--2015年余姚市甲乙类传染病的疫情资料进行描述，计算发病率、死亡率、构成比等指标，获取甲乙类传染病流行趋势。结果：2006—2015年，余姚市共报告甲乙类传染病19491例，10年平均发病率147。93/10万，发病率总体呈下降趋势。死亡79例，10年平均死亡率0。60/10万，总体呈不规则的波动变化。发病顺位前五位分别是梅毒、肺结核、淋病、乙肝和细菌性痢疾。结论： 根据余姚市传染病流行特点，应严格实行计划免疫政策；重视学校卫生建设；重视健康教育的作用。89602

Abstract Objective: The epidemic trend of class A and B infectious diseases in Yuyao from 2006 to 2015 was analyzed, and put forward targeted suggestions for the relevant departments to formulate strategies for the prevention and control of infectious diseases。 Methods: The morbidity, mortality and fatality rate of the disease were calculated, and the temporal, spatial and demographic characteristics of the disease were analyzed。 Focus on bacterial dysentery, tuberculosis, syphilis, hepatitis B and malaria。 Results: From 2006 to 2015, 19491 cases of class A and B infectious diseases were reported in Yuyao city。 The average incidence of 10 years is 147。93/ 100 thousand, the incidence rate showed a general downward trend。 79 cases died, and the average death rate in 10 years is 0。60/100 thousand, the population fluctuates irregularly。 Conclusion: The class B infectious diseases in Yuyao showed a downward trend in general, targeted control strategies should be formulated for different groups of people。
