摘    要目的：初步分析杭州社区卫生服务人员的职业紧张与工作能力的相关性，为如何提高社区卫生服务人员职业紧张处理和应对措施提供依据。方法：按照杭州市行政区域划分的原则，采用分层随机整群抽样的方法，抽取15个社区卫生服务中心450人进行问卷调查，对杭州市社区卫生服务人员的职业紧张得分和工作能力得分进行卡方检验、单因素方差分析、二元logistic回归分析、Spearman相关性分析。结果：1、杭州社区卫生服务人员的职业紧张程度在性别、文化程度、体育锻炼、平均月收入以及工作班次差异有统计学意义（P<0。05）。2、杭州社区卫生服务人员的工作能力在年龄、平均月收入、职称中存在差异，差异有统计学意义（P<0。05）。3、运用Spearman等级相关分析，结果显示职业紧张和工作能力等级存在负相关（P<0。05），高职业紧张组工作能力较差，进一步做多因素logistic回归分析显示，以工作能力优组为参考，工作能力差组、中等组和好组的职业紧张程度分别是优组的12。374倍、5。223倍和1。333倍。结论：1。男性、本科及以上、无体育锻炼、平均月收入6000~8999和3000以下、轮班制的职工职业紧张程度高。2。34~44岁组、平均月收入3000~5999组、中级职称的职工工作能力更优。3。职业紧张水平和工作能力存在负相关性，高职业紧张组工作能力较差，高职业紧张的工作能力更佳。89607
