目的：探讨SIRT2过表达对人肺癌细胞迁移和侵袭力的影响。方法：SIRT2表达载体的转染和western blot鉴定，Transwell实验评估迁移力和侵袭力；采集临床肺癌组织样本，分原发灶和转移灶两组，免疫组织化学法检测各样本中SIRT2的表达，统计分析Sirt2表达对肺癌转移的影响。结果：成功的构建SIRT2过表达人肺细胞株，经Western blot 鉴定转染成功后，通过Transwell实验可知，SIRT2过表达组比对照组相比细胞数量明显增多，SIRT2过表达促进人肺癌细胞迁移和侵袭力。免疫组化实验可知，转移率有显著性差异（P<0。05），转移组的SIRT2表达量高于非转移组结论：SIRT2过表达能促进人肺癌细胞迁移和侵袭力。89707
