摘要:阿司匹林(乙酰水杨酸),是本次设计的目标药品,指标产量是一年540吨,以水杨酸和酸酐为原料。所以本次的题目是《年产540吨阿司匹林的工艺设计》。酰化,结晶,过滤,干燥是本次生产阿司匹林的主要流程。阿司匹林是为人所熟知的作用是解热镇痛药。通过口服容易吸收,广泛分布于全身,反应强烈。发热、头痛、神经痛、肌肉痛、风湿热、急性风湿性关节炎等在临床上广泛的使用阿司匹林来治疗。逐渐的阿司匹林被广泛的使用,但其也出现很多的不良反应,因此要严密监视其不良反应在阿司匹林应用于治疗各种疾病时。70035
本次设计主要有两个重要部分;一个是工艺设计,另一个是非工艺设计。工艺设计指的是设计方案的制定、反应涉及的物料计算,反应中能量的计算、主要设备的筛选,生产车间的规划,管路铺设等。非工艺设计包括厂房设计,安全设施以及绘制工艺流程图等。

The process design of an annual output of 540 tons of aspirin
Abstract :Aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid), is the design of the target drug, the target yield is 540 tons a year . Salicylic acid and anhydride is raw material. So this issue is "An annual output of 540 tons of aspirin process design." Acylation , crystallization, filtration, drying is the main process of the production of aspirin. Aspirin is well known for its role in antipyretic analgesics. Easy to absorb by oral widely distributed in the body tissue, and it works strongly. Aspirin in the clinical is widely used in fever, headache, neuralgia, muscle pain, rheumatic fever, acute rheumatoid arthritis and other treatment. With the widespread use of aspirin, the adverse reactions are gradually increasing, therefore, the use of aspirin in the treatment of various diseases needs to be closely monitored about their adverse reactions.
This design has two important parts; one is the process design, the other is non-process design. Process design refers to the design of the program, the calculation of materials the of the reaction involved in the process, energy calculation of the reaction, the main equipment screening, production workshop planning, pipeline laying and so on. Non-process design includes plant design, safety facilities and drawing process flow chart.etc.
