PLC双电机同步控制系统设计+梯形图

摘要近年来,单只一台电机的操作运行已不能满足各种产品质量和机械性能的发展 要求,随着对其要求的提高,而是需要人们能够同时对两台甚至多台电机进行控制操 作,使电机能够更协调地运行。双电机同步驱动伺服系统在冶金、雷达、纺织等等领 域广泛应用。当传动系统中需较大驱动功率时,由于电机的输出转矩有一定的限制, 在传统的单一电机的单轴控制中,当传动系统中需较大驱动功率时,必须特制功率与 之相匹配的驱动电机和驱动器,从而使系统的成本增加。但是当使用两台电机来共同 驱动负载, 能够提供更大驱动功率;同时,驱动冗余为系统容错控制开创了更宽的条 件。保持多电机的协调运转常用两种方式。一种为机械方式,另一种为电方式。对于 多电机协调控制的电方式的研究主要探究到速度和力矩的二者协调控制方面,他的研 究成功将为军事、航空以及一般工业技术领域等需要统一动作功能的多电机提供协调 控制技术。以 PLC 与变频器为主要控制器件的控制方法,因为他们的稳定性和广泛性 得到了广泛的运用。多电机间的同步结果的好坏程度,直接影响到产品质量和生产效 率,因此对于他们的研究具有很重要的现实意义。84388

本设计以以 Power Flex 525 变频器为电机驱动器,AB Micro 850 系列的 PLC 为 电机控制器,以 WEINVIEW 触摸屏为监控显示器,由这三者构成被控对象外围控制系 统。三相异步电机和光电编码器构成伺服机构。运用 PI 算法实现对双电机速度跟踪 与稳速比调节功能。

Abstract With the improvement of requirement of the performance of various machine and quality of products in recent years, the control of only a motor has been unable to meet the requirements of the development , so people need to control multiple motors, making better coordinated operation。 Double motor driving servo system is widely used in textile, metallurgy, radar and other fields。 In the traditional single motor single axis control, when the transmission system needs to drive large power, the drive motor and drive special power must be matched。So the output torque of the motor is limited。It leads to the system costs more。 Using two motors to drive the load provides larger driving power, and redundant actuation to create the conditions for the fault tolerant control system at the same time。 There are two ways to maintain a multi-motor operation。 One is the mechanical way, and the other is electric way。 Study of multi-motor coordination control for the electric mode is mainly research into the double coordination control of speed and  torque。It provides multi-motor coordination control technology in military, aviation and general industrial technology, which needs to be unified action function。 The control method of PLC and Inverter,as the main control device,has been widely used, because of its stability and universality。 Multi-motor synchronization will directly affect the production efficiency and product quality。So the research of multi motor synchronous control has very important practical meaning。

In this design, the control system is built by AB Micro850 series PLC motor controller, PowerFlex525 inverter for motor drive and WEINVIEW touch screen monitor。 The servo mechanism are made by the three-phase asynchronous motor and photoelectric encoder。 Using the way of PI algorithm of dual motor speed tracking and steady speed ratio adjustment to realize the function。
