摘要随着电信事业的飞速发展，为满足大密集人群及时通信的需要，通信基站数量 由此越来越多，同时为提高工作效率以减少劳动力的支出，这就使得电信基站远程 监测显得十分必要。为电信基站机房所设计的集中测量控制系统，不仅实现了电信 运营商的业务发展，而且满足了科学管理的需要，这具有非常广阔的应用前景和积 极的现实意义。本课题设计的基站测控系统从具体应用背景出发，提出了一系列的 设计思路和解决方法，成功地解决了在基站中出现的很多问题，从而保证基站在无 人值守时仍能正常运行。84805
现本文介绍的是一种基于 PLC 与触摸屏相结合技术对无人值守的电信基站机房 进行测控的方法，在基站监测系统中采用 PLC 作为中央控制单元，并通过 PLC 控 制程序与人机界面软件相结合的方式，直观地实时监测电信基站中的各种环境参数 以及各设备的运行状态, 并且可以根据这些参数和运行状态对基站中的空调设备 进行控制，同时当整个电信基站内部不利环境或者设备运行处于非正常状态而发出 告警时，远程操作人员也可以立即赶去现场处理紧急异常状况，这样不仅减少了由 电信基站故障带来的一系列安全隐患，又确保了整个基站设备安全可靠地运行。

Abstract With the rapid development of the telecommunications industry,in order to meet the needs of large dense populations timely communication, the number of communication base station is more and more,at the same time,to improve efficiency and reduce labor expenses,telecommunications base station remote monitoring is very necessary。The telecommunication base station unattended room centralized controlling system is designed in order to meet the needs of the scientific management and achieve the business development of the telecommunication operators,it has a very broad application prospects and positive practice significance。In this subject,We design the base station measuring and controlling system based on the particular application background,it propose a series of design ideas and solutions,and the successful solution of the present in the system has been put into operation to deal with a lot of abnormal problems。
The article is based on a combination of PLC and touch screen mode for unattended telecommunication base attention room to monitor the use of the base station monitoring system。PLC acts as the central controlling unit,and the combination of PLC application program and HMI software can intuitively and timely monitor various environmental parameters of telecommunication base stations and status of each device, and the air-conditioning device of the base station is controlled according to these parameters and operating status。 Also for the entire internal telecommunications base stations ,we can handle emergency situations when abnormal environmental or the status of the equipment gives out the alarm,thus reducing the loss which base station malfunction brings and ensuring the reliability and safety of the entire operation equipment of the base station 。
