摘要作为船舶动力辅助系统之一的排气系统,作用是将主辅机和锅炉的排气顺利排出 到船外的大气中,它包括了排气管系、排气波纹管及消音器(或带火星熄灭功能)等, 它涉及到了船舶燃料能否充分利用、排气中的有害物质是否会冷凝而导致排气系统腐 蚀、机舱内的噪音环境等问题。84807
现代计算机技术发展带来的仿真与监测,由于投资少、耗时短、风险小、限制小 还可以实现远距离监测等诸多特点,使得船舶的监测与仿真正成为一种主流。
本 文 主 要 从 12000HP 油 服 船 排 气 系 统 的 设 计 角 度 出 发 , 首 先 利 用 MATLAB/Simulink 模拟仿真出油服船的主辅机、热水锅炉的排气参数(包括排气温 度、排气流量、排气压力等),然后利用仿真的数据进行排气系统的设计(排气管系、 消音器的选型等),最终根据选型参数画出 12000HP 油服船排气系统的设计图纸, 实现排气系统的设计。本文的主要研究内容有:
1。了解柴油机的常见数学建模方法,根据所求排气系统参数的要求选取适当的方 法建模。将不同工况下的燃油消耗率作为已知条件,再利用一些主辅机的结构参数, 根据柴油机的工作原理及相关的经验公式建立柴油机 Simulink 模型,其中包括压缩 机、中冷器、柴油机本体、废气涡轮、废气涡轮转子等子模块,最后仿真出不同工况 下的排气温度、排气流量等,为排气管系的设计建立基础。
2。将主辅机及锅炉的排气仿真结果作为排气管系设计的已知条件,对排气管系的 管径、壁厚等进行选型,同时,利用一些主辅机及锅炉排气噪声的经验公式对排气噪 声级进行估算,再查阅国家机舱噪声的控制标准,对消声器进行选型。最后对选型结 果进行验算,证明选型的正确性,完成整个排气系统的选型工作。
3。根据排气系统的选型结果,画出 12000HP 油服船排气系统的设计图纸。
4。将模拟仿真结果通过 WebAccess 与控制界面相连,将数据反映在控制界面中, 达到远程监测的目的。

Abstract As the ship power assisted system, the exhaust system, plays a role that discharges the main and auxiliary engine and boiler exhaust into overboard in the atmosphere。 The exhaust system includes the exhaust pipe, corrugated exhaust pipe and muffler (or spark quenching function)。 It relates to the problem that ship fuel can be fully utilized or not, the harmful substances in exhaust whether condense caused corrosion of the exhaust system, and the noise in the cabin 。
With the development of modern computer technology,the simulation and monitoring also have a great development 。Monitoring and simulation of the ship are becoming a mainstream due to the their low investment, short time, small risk, small limitation also remote monitoring and many other features。
This paper mainly start from the design of 12000HP oil service ship exhaust system。 First of all, I will use the MATLAB / Simulink to simulate oil service ship’s main engine, hot water boiler flue gas parameters (including the exhaust temperature, exhaust flow, exhaust pressure, etc。), and then design the exhaust system with the simulation data(exhaust pipe, muffler selection), the final, draw the 12000HP oil service ship exhaust system design drawings according to the selection of exhaust parameters, and achieve the design of exhaust system。 The main research contents of this paper are:
1。Investigating the diesel engine common mathematical modeling method, and selecting the appropriate methods for modeling depending on the parameters of exhaust system。 Regard different conditions of fuel consumption rate as the known condition, using the structural parameters of the main auxiliary diesel to establish the Simulink model of the diesel engine according to the work principle of diesel engine and relate empirical formula。It includes a compressor, cooler, engine body, exhaust turbocharger, exhaust gas turbine rotor sub module。In the end ,to simulate the exhaust temperature and flow under different conditions to lay the foundation of the exhaust pipe system design。 SIMULINK12000HP油服船排气系统监测与仿真开发+CAD图纸:http://www.youerw.com/zidonghua/lunwen_100919.html
