摘要:过程控制最近几十年在工业过程中运用非常普遍,除此之外过程控制在其理论方面的研究也往前迈出了一大步。通过本文我们大致对目前存在的问题作了说明,并对其将来发展的方向进行更深的探讨。我们也对目前很多控制方案的现状在工业中应用进行了更深刻的分析。
精馏是炼油、化工、石油化工生产过程中应用很广泛的传质传热过程。所要控制精馏塔的要求是:只有确保产品质量的合格,才能使塔的能耗低、回收率高,换句话说我们所得的总收益大,成本花费小。本文对精馏塔的扰动分析,也对精馏塔的控制要求进行分析,最后得到了精馏塔的动态和静态特性对精馏塔进行基本的塔压控制。20342
本文主要是以阀式塔为例,被调节变量选择冷凝液储槽液位,控制再沸器的蒸汽加入量,来控制精馏塔内的压力。并在SIMULINK仿真软件中进行仿真。

Distillation control system design and simulation
Abstract:The process control in recent decades in the process of industrial use is widespread, in addition to the process control in the aspect of its theoretical research has also taken a big step forward. In this article we roughly explains to the existing problems, and the deeper discussion on the development direction in the future. We also the current situation of many current control scheme is applied in the industrial are analyzed in a more profound.
Distillation is the oil refining industry, chemical industry, petroleum chemical industry production is widely used in the process of heat transfer and mass transfer process. To control the requirements of rectification tower is: only to ensure the quality of products qualified, to make the low energy consumption, high recovery rate of the tower, in other words the total income is big, we cost little. In this paper, the perturbation analysis of rectification tower, also control requirements of the rectifying column were analyzed, and finally get the dynamic and static characteristic of the rectifying column of rectification tower tower pressure control.
 In this paper, based on valve type tower as an example, by adjusting the variable selection condensate reservoir level, for the amount of control of the steam re-boiler, to control the pressure inside the column. Using SIMULINK software simulation.
