摘 要:如今社会上,出现了很多煤气报警器,然而这些产品大多数采用复杂的PC机针对煤气的泄漏做出相应的报警,没有对浓度高低不同做出不同的反应。本文以AT89S51为主要芯片,用MQ-7气敏传感器对室内煤气主要成分(一氧化碳)的浓度进行探测,并将相关信息转化成模拟信号再通过A/D转换器转换成电信号,送入AT89S51单片机中,通过一系列转变在四位七段数码管上显示,在单片机中经过一系列运算,与设定的两个值进行比较,低于小值时煤气管道正常供气;在两个值之间时,系统关闭气阀,打开通风装置,待低于小值时,关闭通风装置,同时打开气源;高于大值时,进行声光报警,提醒危险存在以疏散人群,同时关闭气阀,打开通风装置,待低于大值时,停止报警,待低于小值时,关闭通风装置,同时打开气源。4673

Design of Control System for Household Gas Alarm
Abstract: Nowadays, there are a lot of gas alarms, however, most of these products are using PC complex to make corresponding alarm for gas leakage, they can not respond to the concentration level of different. This paper takes AT89S51 as the main chip, the main composition of MQ-7 gas sensor in the indoor gas (carbon monoxide) concentrations were detected, and relevant information will be converted to analog signal, which can be converted into electrical signal through the A/D converter and will be sent to the MCU AT89S51. Through a series of changes, the data will be showed in the seven digital tubes, after a series of operations in the MCU, the two settings were compared with the data, when it is lower than the low value of gas pipeline is normal supply. When it is between the two values, system will shutdown the valve and open the ventilation device until it is below the small value. It will close the ventilation device and open gas source at the same time if it is lower than the lower set value. When it is surpassing the high value, the sound-light alarm will warn the danger, close the valve and open the ventilation device until it is lower than the big value and higher than the small value.
