摘要传统变电站的数字化如今已经成为变电站发展的大方向。随着诸多数字化一次侧设备投入到生产使用中，使得更加高效快速稳定可靠的智能变电站通讯网络的建设变得触手可及。与此同时在国际上取得广泛认可的标准通讯协议IEC61850为变电站的数字化通讯网络完备的通信系统标准是数字化变电站实现的保障,特别是最新颁布的变电站通信网络与系统的国际标准IEC61850为建设数字化变电站提供了全面规范。本文以110KV智能变电站为研究对象，结合IEC61850通讯协议的主要技术特征展开相应的研究
本文结合理工大学智能电网信息工程系智能变电站实验室建设项目，根据智能变电站自身特点同时结合现有的实验室设备，总体设计了110KV智能变电站的结构框架以及通讯配置方案。根据该构架详细设计了在实验室中的110KV智能变电站的通讯网络。本文利用软件EASY50和SUPER5000完成了对通讯网络的整体配置以及后台测控系统的配置，实现了智能变电站的基本通讯。25264

In this paper, Nanjing University of Information Engineering intelligent smart grid substation laboratory construction projects, combined with existing laboratory equipment of smart substation according to its own characteristics, the overall design of the framework and intelligent communications configuration 110KV substation. Under the framework of the detailed design of the communication network in the lab 110KV intelligent substation.
