摘要:作为船用冷水机中回转式制冷压缩机的一种,螺杆式制冷压缩机同时具有活塞式和离心式两者的大致特点,功率方面比涡旋式的相对较大,由于其高效、耐久、容积效率高、结构紧凑和对负载进行平稳调节的特点,兼有了活塞式压缩机和离心式压缩机二者的优点,从而逐渐在一定制冷量范围内有逐渐取代活塞式和离心式制冷压缩机的趋势,在食品冷冻、冷藏、制冰、船用中央空调及工业制冷等领域广泛得到应用。考虑到船用螺杆式冷水机组工作环境的恶劣以及对控制控制系统的可靠性及易操作性的较高要求,本文针对螺杆式冷水机组控制系统采用了功能更强、体积相对较小、可靠性较高的PLCS7-200作为控制系统的主要核心,提出了主要电控系统设计方案,实现了对冷水机组的冷水泵、冷却水泵、油泵、压缩机的顺序启停的控制目的。同时对主要控制元件做出选型,做出了人机界面触摸屏,并设计出了符合要求的电控箱箱体。
