摘要:随着电能被应用地越来越多,有线传输电能的方式暴露出越来越多的缺点,例如影响美观,容易引发安全问题,不能给许多新型医疗设备供电,还有不适应物联网越来越快速的发展等等。鉴于这些问题,本文提出了一种电磁耦合无线能量传输的方案。电磁耦合无线能量传输电路的设计主要需要以下关键技术:谐振耦合技术、小信号的功率放大、高频逆变技术、整流滤波技术、稳压技术。

经过初步研究,电磁耦合能量传输电路设计的主要工作如下:本电路共分为两个部分,能量发射电路和能量接收电路。第一步设计发射电路,

发射信号选用电容三点式振荡电路产生的正弦波,并计算出当振荡频率为2MHz时电路中的电容值和电感值,然后设计出功率放大电路,通过放大电路把振荡电路产生的小功率信号放大从而发送出去。第二步设计接收电路,先设计整流滤波电路,将接收到的交流电进行整流和滤波,然后通过稳压电路将接收电路的电压稳定在5V左右。最后设计整个电路的PCB并对整个系统进行测试。

本文先进行了详细的理论分析,然后设计了电磁耦合能量无线传输电路,并通过测试出发射端的频率为2MHz,发射信号强度不低于30db,能量传输效率大于5%验证了本设计的正确性。

Abstract:As electricity is being used more and more, cable transmission of energy exposed more and more shortcomings, such as affecting the appearance, easily lead to safety problems, can not give many new medical equipment, power supply, The more rapid development and so on. In view of these problems, this paper presents a scheme of electromagnetic coupling wireless energy transmission. Electromagnetic coupling The design of the  wireless  energy transmission circuit mainly requires the following key technologies: resonant coupling technology, small signal power amplification, high frequency inverter technology, rectifier filtering technology, voltage regulation technology.

After a preliminary study, the main work of the electromagnetic coupling energy transfer circuit design is as follows:

This circuit is pided into two parts, energy transmitting circuit and a receiving circuit. The first step in the design of energy transmitting circuit, produce signals used three point capacitance oscillation circuit sine wave, and calculate the oscillation frequency is 2MHz when the circuit capacitance value and the inductance value, then the design of power amplifier circuit, the amplifying circuit the small signal power oscillation circuit generates amplification to send out. The second step design of the receiving circuit, to design the rectifier filter circuit will receive the alternating current is rectified and filtered, and then the voltage stability through the voltage stabilizing circuit receiving circuit in 5V. Finally, the whole circuit design and test of the whole system PCB .

This article first carried out a detailed theoretical analysis and design of the electromagnetic coupling energy of wireless transmission circuit, and through the test of output frequency is 2MHz, signal strength is not less than 30dB, the energy transfer efficiency of more than 5% proved the correctness of the design.
