摘要:空压机作为一种压缩气体的设备,广泛被应用于工业设备生产和日常生活的许多环节。由于空压机在运行时会产生大量的热量,使空压机温度升高,如果不进行降温措施,会大大降低空压机的效率,严重时还会损坏空压机和一些相关的重要设备,造成巨大的损失。因此,必须及时对处于工作状态中的空压机进行降温。空压机采用循环水冷却可以降低其运行时的温度,使空压机工作在正常的可控状态,从而达空压机冷却的目的。
本课题的主要工作如下:
(2)对空压机循环水冷却系统控制要求介绍;
(3)根据控制要求设计主电路和控制电路;
(4)对设计中需要的设备和元器件进行选型和参数设置;
(5)开发PLC程序该空压机循环水冷却系统设计最后达到了对水泵供水量(转速)的控制要求,实现对循环冷却水的控制。

Abstract:Air compressor as a compressed gas equipment, widely used in industrial equipment production and daily life of many links. As the air compressor in the run will produce a lot of heat, so that the air compressor temperature, if not cooling measures, will greatly reduce the efficiency of air compressor, serious damage to the air compressor and some important equipment , Causing huge losses. Therefore, the air compressor in the working state must be cooled in time. Air compressor with circulating water cooling can reduce the temperature of its operation, so that the air compressor work in the normal state of control, so as to achieve the purpose of air compressor cooling.
