摘要:随着中国智造以及工业4.0的不断提升和普及,越来越多的制造型企业开始寻求来自智能生产和自动化控制管理所带来的便利性和准确性,。在毕业实习的时候,我去到了浙江的申吉钛业有限公司,在那里实习的时候师傅告诉我在从前没有用到检测设备的时候,加热钛板时用的常化炉是雇佣专门的看火师傅看着,而且一定要经验老道的人才能做这件事情,而如今只需要用检测仪表,组态软件等就可以实时的检测,自动地,非常精确地控制常化炉每一段的温度,不需要人为的监视,还可以达到靠人自身所无法达到的准确性。这就说明了现在的企业对于自动化控制的需求是很高的。我想这也是老师给我课题的理由,让我们更好的去理解和运用我们所学的东西。

This shows that there is a high demand for automation control in today's enterprises. I think this is the reason why the teacher gave me the subject, so that we can better understand and apply what we have learned.
