摘要:随着永磁材料性能改善以及电力电子技术的进步,永磁同步电机逐渐克服了技术难点并占领市场。与异步电机相比,有着效率高、比功率大、结构简单、节能效果显著等一系列优点。在如今强调节能、绿色发展的社会条件下,永磁同步电机凭借其这一系列的优点在国外蓬勃发展,而在国内的工业生产和日常生活中得到广泛应用。本文设计了一台额定功率2.8kW、额定转速为1500rpm的自起动永磁同步电机。采用了高性能的钕铁硼稀土永磁材料以提高电机的功率密度。主要确定了电机的主要尺寸、定转子冲片尺寸,并进行了性能校核计算。通过调整电机铁芯长度、永磁体厚度、气隙长度以及定转子槽配合方式,分析了电机的性能,以得到符合设计要求的电机。利用了基于有限元的Ansoft软件对电机参数进行了计算,与电机设计的传统磁路法记性了对比,对结果进行分析对比,以提高电机设计的准确性。29298

Design of 2.8kW/1500rpm Line-Start Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor
Abstract:With the improvement in the performance of permanent magnetic materials and the advances in power and electronic technology. PMSM gradually overcome the technical difficulties and dominate the market. Compared with asynchronous motors, PMSM has a series of advantages. Such as high efficiency, high specific power, simple structure, significant energy savings. In the social environment of energy conservation, PMSM flourish all over the world with its advantages. This paper presents a 2.8kW/1500rpm line-start permanent magnet synchronous motor. The design uses a high-performance NdFeB rare earth permanent magnet materials to improve the power density of the motor. The main dimensions, magnetic circuit, winding, loss and other parameters have been calculated. In order to obtain the motor that in line
with the motor design requirements. This article analyzes the performance of the motor by adjusting the motor core length, the thickness of the permanent magnet, the gap length and the way of cooperation of stator and rotor. In order to improve the accuracy of machine design, the results were compared with the results of Ansoft.
