摘 要近年来, 能源短缺和环境污染问题日益严重, 开发利用绿色新能源变得更加迫切。太阳能和其它能源相比具有清洁,可再生的优点,对光伏发电的研究受到各国的广泛关注,因此光伏并网逆变器的研究具有广泛的应用前景。论文中首先介绍光伏并网发电背景和国内外发展现状, 分析并网逆变器工作的基本理论,并给出主电路拓扑结构、LCL 滤波器的特性和参数设计,然后进行数学模型分析。介绍光伏阵列中 MPPT 的基本原理,通过仿真比较不同最大功率点跟踪算法,然后选定光伏阵列使用的算法;阐明了电网电压定向控制基本原理,搭建电压电流闭环控制仿真模型,并计算电压、电流PI参数。最后在 MATLAB 中搭建并网逆变器仿真模型, 验证在外界光照环境发生变化时,逆变器始终满足能够并网要求。37439

Abstract With the rapid development of economy, problems on resource shortageand environmental pollution have become more and more serious, whichmakes new energy development gets urgent. Green and eco-friendly solarenergy as a typical representative of new energy received extensive attention.The popularity of photovoltaic power generation is a breakthrough usingnew energy, and, photovoltaic grid-connected inverter is the key togrid-connected photovoltaic power generation. In this article, the backgroundand research status of grid-connected photovoltaic power generation wereintroduced, with its detailed basic theory. Besides, it also covered main circuittopology, characteristics and parameters of LCL filter, with modeling analysisprocessed.The fundamental of MPPT in photovoltaic array was mainly emphasized,and the final arithmetic applied here was confirmed after detailed comparisonwith various methods. Basic principles of grid voltage oriented vector controlwere clarified, and outer voltage current loop control was mainly studiedproviding with the PI parameters. Besides, simulated analysis was made inMatlab/Simulik. Finally, overall simulation model of inverter in MATLABverified that when external light conditions change, the inverter can alwaysmeet the requirements of grid-connection.
