摘要近年来,由于数控技术的迅速发展,伺服系统的作用与要求越发突出,伺服电路的应用也变得越来越广泛了。本文主要是介绍一种检测伺服电路是否正常工作的方法。此次设计主要包括硬件电路与控制软件的设计。硬件电路主要是输入单片机发出的信号,再经过三级运算放大电路的放大后,输出到差分放大电路,输出端口L1、L2进行比较。软件设计主要包括单片机先通过DA转换器输出硬件电路所需要的电压,完成电路的运行,然后再采集四个检测点的电压经过AD转换器输入到单片机中,单片机信号又输出到液晶显示器中,这样就可以显示出检测电压了。48018

Abstract
In recent years, due to the rapid development of numerical control technology, the role and requirements of the servo system become more and more prominent, and The servo circuit applications are becoming more widely. This paper describes a method for detecting whether a servo circuit working properly. The design includes a hardware circuit and control software design. The hardware circuit set out signal by the SCM, and then after three operational amplifier circuit amplifying , the output port L1, L2 compare with each other by amplifier circuit.Software design includes that microcontroller output voltage required firstly to complete operation of the circuit, then the system collects voltage monitoring points after four AD converter input to the SCM. SCM signal outputs to the liquid crystal display, so that liquid crystal will show the detected voltage.
