摘 要：随着人们对自动化设备的各种特性要求越来越高，自动螺丝机逐渐在现代工业中得到越来越广泛的应用。本论文以自动螺丝机为对象，其主要包含由和利时LM 3017型PLC控制的自动锁丝部分和由LM 3106型PLC控制X-Y机械臂部分。在自动锁丝过程中，螺丝滚筒的转动将螺丝带到直震器导轨后，由上料器送到透明导管中并被高压气吹送到电动扳手进行安装操作。在X-Y机械臂部分，利用LM 3106型PLC控制步进电机驱动器，从而控制两个步进电机的转动情况，达到准确定位安装螺丝位置的目的。同时为了实现自动螺丝机快速、高效、准确的工作，利用和利时公司的HT0770型触摸屏控制系统建立螺丝机的人机界面，实现控制和机器的一体化，提高了监控生产的效率。55456

Abstract：with the requirements of the automation equipment becoming more and more higher,Automatic screw machine in modern industry is used widely. In this paper, we use the Automatic screw machine as the object, mainly comprisingthe Automatic bench locking screw machine part that is controled by Hollysys LM3107 and X-Y mechanical arm part controled by of Hollysys LM 3016 . when the automatic bench locking screw machine works, the screw roller rotate to take the screw to the straight tension-torsion,then the feeder sent the screw to transparent tube so the high pressure gas can blown it to the electric wrench to install . But In the X-Y arm part, we use LM 3106 PLC control stepper motor drivers, so as to control the rotation of two stepper motor to pinpoint the position of screw . In order to realize the automatic screw machine work fast, efficient and accurate, we use HT0770 touch screen control system maked by Hollysys company to build human-computer interface to make the control system and the machinesystem integrated, so that can improve the efficiency of machine .

1 绪论
1.1 引言
如今，随着电气自动化技术的发展，为了满足各种自动化市场的需要，并节约人力资源，国内的一些公司专门为一些大型电子生产厂商等提供自动化设备，其中的产品之一是自动拧螺丝的螺丝机。之前设计生产的螺丝机控制系统大都由进口控制器，并通过上位机PC控制。但是此控制系统完全依靠进口设备，造价昂贵，且PC与机器分离，结构繁重，不人性化，一定程度上影响生产管理的效率。为了降低成本，提高产品质量，提高工作效率，所以考虑用触摸屏系统来控制，只需将用HT700编制好的监控程序输入触摸屏控制器中，就能达到简便高效的控制。而在具体控制方面，利用PLC控制器控制X--Y机械手，并且监控软件可以通过触摸屏控制器实现与PLC之间的通讯。这样，不仅使得控制系统的成本大大降低，操作更加简便，而且监控界面更友好。 PLC的自动螺丝机硬件设计:http://www.youerw.com/zidonghua/lunwen_59824.html
