若要生产一件好的电镀产品，不仅取决于完善的电镀技术，同时还要严格地根据电镀工艺流程运行。在电镀生产线上采用自动化控制不但可以提高企业的生产效率和降低工人的劳动强度，还能够保障电镀产品的质量。而要想实现自动化控制的关键就是对于行车进行自动化控制。在本篇设计中要实现行车的前进后退以及吊钩的上升下降，要求不仅满足控制要求，定位也必须准确。在其控制系统中我采用了 PLC 进行控制，它具有可靠性高，抗干扰能力强，编程简单，功能完善等特点。我在这一篇设计论文中，着重描述了系统的硬件设计和软件设计的内容，还绘出生产线的整体的流程图，I/O 口接线图、主电路图以及电镀生产线 PLC 控制梯形图。我本次的设计可使整个的电镀生产线可以达到较高自动化水平，从而增加产品的产量，也能够减少对于劳动力的投入成本。
