摘要锅炉是一种能量转换的设备,向锅炉中加入燃煤、石油等自然能源进行燃烧,并对水进行加热,将化学能转换为热能以供工厂生产和人民生活所用。经转换后得到的所需要的能量与原材料所含能量的比值称为热效率,然而在锅炉中经过能量转换过程后,会损失一部分的能量,这是不可避免的,因此为了国家可持续发展战略,需要对锅炉液位控制系统进行改进和调整,目的为提高燃烧效率、提高能量转换效率、提高系统运行的安全性等。73702
本课题就锅炉液位控制系统进行研究和设计,以单片机作为基础,同时加入液位传感器、模数转换器等硬件部分及其软件设计。系统实现了液位监测、自动控制及故障报警的功能,并能显示锅炉内液位高低。
本课题要求设计以单片机为基础锅炉液位控制系统,系统通过安装在锅炉内不同位置的传感器进行液位的检测;通过模数转换器将检测到的模拟信号变为数字信号并输入单片机中处理;用控制按键实现对系统的按键控制;再由三位7段LED显示板组成的电路中显示出处理结果;通过控制执行部分完成对锅炉中液位的调整。本文所设计的系统具有自动控制液位、结构简单、成本低廉、节约能源等优点。

This topic on the boiler level control system research and design, based on SCM, and add the liquid level sensor, analog digital converter and other hardware parts and software design。 The system realizes the function of level monitoring, automatic control and fault alarm, and can display the level of the liquid level in the boiler。
This topic design requirements based boiler liquid level control system based on MCU, the system installed in the boiler in different locations of the sensor for liquid level detection; analog signals by an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) to detect the change processing and digital signal input microcontroller; control keys to achieve the system of key control; then by three Seven Segment LED display electric circuit board composition shows results; by controlling the execution part completing the adjustment of boiler water level。 The system designed in this paper has the advantages of automatic control of liquid level, simple structure, low cost, energy saving and so on。
