本文设计对象是生活中最常见的自动售饮料机，它是基于三菱PLC的控制系统。改变基于单片机控制的传统模式，大大降低了成本，提高抗干扰能力，简化硬件设计。同时，它还提高了自动售饮料机的可靠性和执行效率，使系统维护变得更简单、方便。本文主要包括计币系统、比较系统、选择系统、出货系统、退币系统、显示系统，通过梯形图、指令语句来编写程序。

本设计采用GX Developer软件编写程序并进行仿真，可实现投币、选择、购买、找零等基本功能。73703

Beverage Vending Machines Control System Based on  PLC

The object of this design is the most common beverage vending machine in life, which is based on the Mitsubishi PLC control system。 Changing the traditional mode control based on single chip microcomputer will greatly reduce the cost, improve the anti interference ability and simplified the hardware design。 At the same time, it improves the reliability and efficiency of beverage vending machines to make the system maintenance becomes more simple and convenient。 This design mainly includes the currency system, the comparison system, the choice system, the delivery system, the withdrawal system and the display system 。The design is programmed by ladder diagram and instruction。

This design uses the GX Developer software to program and carry on the simulation。 It can realize the basic functions of coin-operated, selecting, purchasing, change and so on。
