摘要现今,电梯行业的发展势头迅猛,并成为我们日常生活中不可替代的一部分,与此同 时电梯安全也备受重视。

本文首先对当前主要的电梯门系统进行对比,包括当前常用的电梯门系统结构,以及 特殊电梯的门系统比如斜行电梯。针对这些门系统潜在的一些安全隐患,我们进行简要分 析,同时展开本次论文的设计。73836

然后,基于电梯安全应用相关的电子可编程系统(Pessral)的理念进行设计,提出了 用双电机联动代替门刀的门系统方案,并建立该门系统的数学模型,同时将需要实现的功 能,以功能模块的方式,设计门系统并对所需功能模块进行硬件设计与软件设计,完成对 各个功能模块的方案的选择,模块的选型,以及硬件设计等工作。在完成仿真实物的基础 上,对软件进行设计,同时能够使仿真实物能够模拟正常运行。

设计结果表明:基于 Pessral 的设计理念是完全可行的,随着电子技术的发展,这也将 成为电梯未来的发展的方向。

The elevator door system design based on the Pessral

Abstract With the rapid development of the national economy, elevator industry develops rapidly at the same time. And become an irreplaceable part of our daily life, the safety of the elevator is also paid high attention to.

First of all, this paper understand the current elecator door system,consist of the structure of the common elevator door system and the uncommon elevator door system such as inclined elevator. In view of the potential safety problems of these door systems, we take a brief analysis.and begin our design.

Then, base on the Pessral (Programmable Electric Systems in Safety Related Applications for Lifts) , we propose the design which using motor linkage instead of the elevator cam.. And we build the math modal of the elevator door system. Then we use the function modules to finish our design .During the design, we do complete the design of all function modules of hardware design and software design of the door system , consist of the selection of the scheme of each functional module. On the basis of the completion of the simulation, we design the software and    make the simulation in kind can simulate the normal operation.

Design results show that the concept of the design based on Pessral is completely feasible. With the development of electronic technology, it will become the direction of the future development of the elevator.
