摘要:我国正处在经济社会发展的战略转型期,经济增长方式由粗放向集约转变。国家“十一五”规划提出走新型工业化道路,加快制造业信息化,以信息化改造制造业,推进生产设备数字化、生产过程智能化和企业管理信息化。以工业控制计算机加组态软件为核心的计算机控制系统开始在中小型企业应用普及。各职业院校纷纷开设计算机控制技术和组态软件应用技术课程,以满足社会的人才需求。某酚醛树脂厂一车间现有五台5立方米的不锈钢蒸汽加热反应釜,反应釜生产出的酚醛树脂要先放料到储液罐,然后经造粒工序造粒包装成成品,原先储液罐工序采用人工手动控制,控制蒸汽阀门的开度,由于蒸汽的压力不能保持稳定,导致储液罐温度不能保持在一个理想的范围,现利用三文力控组态软件进行自动控制改造。10776
