摘要:本论文以不同鱼骨为原料,经过清理、干燥、煅烧、浸泡等工序得到多孔多相陶瓷材料并对其进行表征。鱼骨富含钙磷,对其进行加工处理得到医用植入材料是对水产业资源的有效再利用,是一种环保的生产方法。本实验将对多种常见鱼骨进行处理,800℃煅烧得到初步产物,在用不同浓度的焦磷酸钠浸泡一天得到多孔的多相陶瓷材料。通过对材料进行X射线衍射实验,分析衍射图谱,材料是有羟基磷灰石和β相磷酸钙组成的陶瓷多相材料。影响材料相组成及组分占比的因素有,煅烧温度、时间,浸泡液种类、浓度,浸泡时间,鱼骨种类等。本实验取鱼骨种类,浸泡液浓度等变量进行研究比对。87926

Preparation and properties of hydroxyapatite / β- calcium phosphate biphasic ceramics
Abstract: In this paper, porous polyphase ceramic materials are obtained by cleaning, drying, calcining, and soaking with different fish bones as raw materials and characterizing them。 The fish bone is rich in calcium and phosphorus。 It is a kind of environmentally friendly production method to make medical implant materials for the effective reuse of the water industry resources。 In this experiment, four kinds of common fishbones were treated, and the primary products were calcined at 800 calcination。 The porous polyphase ceramic materials were obtained by soaking in different concentrations of sodium pyrophosphate for a day。 Through the X ray diffraction of the material, the diffraction pattern is analyzed。 The material is a ceramic multiphase material consisting of hydroxyapatite and calcium phosphate of beta phase。 The factors that affect the composition of material and the proportion of components are calcining temperature, time, type and concentration of soaking liquid, time of soaking, species of fish bone and so on。 In this experiment, the variety of fish bone and the concentration of soaking liquid were compared。
