摘要为设计该荧光传感器,我们将引进对不同刺激的具有响应能力的体系。超分子聚合物网 络是通过不同类型的非共价键正交自组装构建成的,因此超分子聚合物是一种很好的候选。 我们设计合成了一种以 TPE 基团为核,两端分别连接苯并 24-冠-8 和三联吡啶的主体分子, 和通过自由基聚合合成了侧链含有香豆素和季铵盐的高聚物,并通过主-客体相互作用和金 属配位作用,我们可以得到超分子聚合物网络。TPE 是一种在固体状态下或者在浓度较高的 时候会发出强荧光的基团,同时将具有高量子效率的传统荧光分子香豆素引入到该含 AIE 基团的超分子聚合物中,该超分子聚合物在凝胶状态下,由于 TPE 基团旋转受限,会在 460 nm 处发出蓝绿色荧光,再对聚合物凝胶加热或者加入竞争配体后,超分子聚合物向溶胶转 变,此时 460 nm 处的荧光大大减弱,而传统的荧光分子香豆素在 400 nm 处发出蓝色荧光, 这就使得该超分子在凝胶和溶胶状态下都能有强的荧光发射,因此,我们可以根据 460 nm 处与 400 nm 处的荧光强度比 I460/I400 来测试环境的变化。88566
In order to design the fluorescent sensor, we will introduce a system which is responsive to different stimuli。 Supramolecular polymer network is constructed by orthogonal self-assembly with different types of non-covalent bonds, thereby the supramolecular polymer is a good candidate。 Herein we designed and synthesized a host molecular whose core is TPE, and the two ends connect respectively with benzo 24-crown-8 and tripyridyl, and through free radical polymerization, a polymer whose side chain containing coumarin and quaternary ammonium group has been synthesized。 Through host-guest and metal-ligand interaction, we can get the supramolecular polymer network。 TPE is a group which can emit strong fluorescent in solid state or in high concentration。 Meanwhile the traditional fluorescent group coumarin which has high quantum efficiency was introduced into the supramolecular polymer with AIE group。 In gel state, the gel will emit blue-green fluorescence at 460 nm because the rotation of TPE group is limited, after heating the polymer gel or adding competitive ligands, the gel will change into the sol and the fluorescence at 460 nm will decrease greatly。 While the coumarin emits blue fluorescence at 400 nm。 Therefore this supramolecular has strong fluorescence emission no matter in gel or sol state。 We can test the change of environment according to the fluorescence intensity ratio I460/I400。From优T尔K论M文L网wWw.YouERw.com 加QQ75201^8766 A
