摘要本文通过静电纺丝技术结合乙二胺胺解 PLLA 方法制备表面具有多孔结构和内部具备 连续贯穿的多孔结构的氨基化 POM/PLLA 纤维,并采用 SnCl2/PdCl2 对纤维表面活化处 理,从而得到有 Pd 纳米种子为活性位点的纤维,再利用葡萄糖原位还原方法得到负载 Ag 纳米粒子的 POM/PLLA/Ag 纤维。通过 SEM、TEM 表征纤维表面、断面的结构形貌, 探究了溶液浓度、纺丝电压、组分配比等因素对 POM/PLLA 纤维的结构形貌的影响,优 选静电纺丝工艺试验条件。同时还考察了还原负载时间对 Ag 纳米粒子的尺寸、分散程度的 影响。通过 SEM、TEM 对 Ag 纳米粒子负载前后的纤维状态进行表征,同时利用 XPS、 TGA、XRD 对 Ag 纳米粒子的化学价态、晶型结构和负载量等进行表征。该纤维在室温下 催化还原对硝基苯胺,转化率达 99。7%,反应速率常数为 21。25×10-3s-1。当重复使用 4 次 时,其催化率仍在 99%以上;当连续催化 240min 后,对硝基苯胺的转化率仍高于 90%。88622

In this article, electrostatic spinning technology combined with ethylenediamine aminolysis methods were adopted to prepare an aminolyed POM/PLLA fiber with a porous structure on the surface and a continuous through porous structure inside。 In addition, fibers were treated with SnCl2/PdCl2 to activate their surface, to get a fiber with Pd nanoparticles seeds as the active sites。 Furthermore, we used glucose as reducing agent to get POM/PLLA/Ag fibers loading Ag nanoparticles in situ。 Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were used to study the morphologies of the fiber membranes, the influence of solution concentration, spinning voltage, ratio of components to the morphologies of POM/PLLA fiber membranes were studied and the optimum conditions for electrostatic spinning process test were determined。 Meanwhile we also studied the influence of the reduction load time to the dispersion degree and the size of Ag nanoparticles。 Through SEM, TEM, the state of fibers before and after loading Ag nanoparticles were characterized, at the same time, we used XPS, TGA, XRD to study the chemical valence state, crystal structure and load of Ag nanoparticles。 The fiber

catalytic reduction of nitro aniline at room temperature, the conversion rate was 99。7%, and the reaction rate constant was 21。25×10-3  s-1。 After reuse for 4 times, its

catalytic rate is still over 99%。 After the continuous catalytic for 240 min, the conversion rate of paranitroaniline is still higher than 90%。
