掺锶对化学沉积磷酸钙涂层的影响

采用化学沉积可在预处理的钛基体上合成网状-叶片状双层结构的CaP涂层,该方法简单可以重复,能够实现快速沉积。

摘要:本文研究了一种在纯钛基体上合成薄的β-磷酸三钙(β-TCP)涂层的方法,研究了掺锶(Sr)对磷酸盐涂层基本性能的影响。该实验过程包括三个步骤:(1)试样的碱热预处理;(2)CaP涂层的快速湿法化学沉积和(3)涂层后续处理,其中包括不同温度下的热处理和在水浴中进行的短时超声清洗。通过SEM、XRD、EDS、接触角测量仪对试样进行分析检测。结果证明:当溶液体系中引入的Sr元素不断增多时,涂层表面的形貌逐渐发生变化,沉积物中叶片状微结构不断缩小,当其中Sr/Ca比例超过1/5时,涂层晶体尺寸减小,试样表面不生成叶片状涂层。此外,掺锶后,由于锶元素和钙元素离子半径的差异,导致引发晶格畸变,从而引起衍射峰向小角度偏移;热处理后得到的β-磷酸三钙涂层均匀致密,效果良好,与基体有良好的结合性。本研究所提出的掺锶磷酸钙涂层的制备方法具有良好的应用前景,值得进一步研究。

Abstract:A method for the synthesis of a thin β-tricalcium phosphate (β-TCP) coating on pure titanium substrates were studied. The effects of Sr doping on basic propeties of Calcium Phosphate were investigated. The experimental procedure is consists of three steps:(1)

pretreatment of sample by alkali-heat treatment,  (2) rapid wet chemical deposition of CaP coating and (3) subsequent treatment,which includes heat treatment under different temperatures followed by a short time sonication in a water bath. The samples were analyzed by SEM, XRD, XPS and contact angle measuring instrument. The results showed that when the Sr element introduced into the solution system is increased, the surface morphology of the coating gradually changes and the leaf-like microstructure shrinked. When the Sr/Ca ratio exceeded 1/5, the crystal size of the coating decreases and

the coating with leaf-like structure was not formed on the surface of the sample. In addition, due to radius differences of strontium and calcium ions, lattice distortion happened and the centre of X-ray diffraction peaks shift to a small angles. The obtained β-TCP coating showed a uniform and compact appearance and had a good attachment to the substrate. The preparation method of strontium-doped calcium phosphate coating proposed in this study has a good application prospect and deserves further study.
