DEFORM-2D同种/异种材料无铆连接工艺研究

运用 DEFORM-2D 有限元软件进行数值模拟,采用单因素实验,对不同材 料在不同模具参数及工艺参数下进行数值模拟并分析连接质量。

摘要:随着整个社会对于资源节约和汽车轻量化重视程度的提高,无铆连接技术在汽车覆盖件的连接领域已经越来越普遍。无铆连接由于自身存在的众多优点已经逐渐取代了传统的连接技术。

本文采用DEFORM-2D对车身上常用的铝合金Al6062、高强度双相钢DP500进行了同种材料以及异种材料的无铆连接有限元数值模拟。运用单因素法,分析了不同模具参数及工艺参数对Al6062与Al6062、DP500与DP500以及Al6062与DP500不同放置位置时无铆连接质量(主要是颈厚值和嵌入值的大小)的影响;分析无铆连接的变形行为、最大主应力、速度场以及凸模行程-载荷曲线变化趋势。结果表明:随着模具参数、工艺参数的改变,颈厚值和嵌入值呈相反趋势变化,两种材料变化趋势相近。对于Al6062、DP500这两种不同材料,模具能够实现通用性,通过本文的研究分析,适合单板厚0.8mm的Al6062或DP500无铆连接的较好参数为:Z=0.9mm、H=1.3mm、K=0.6mm(Y=2.3mm)、R1=0.2mm、R2=0.2mm。

Abstract:With the social lightweight, energy saving requirements, no riveting connection technology in the automotive coverage of the field has become increasingly common. Clinching has gradually replaced the traditional connection technology because of its many advantages.

In this paper, DEFORM-2D is used to simulate the Clinching of Al6062 and high strength dual-phase steel DP500, which are commonly used in vehicle body. The influence of different mold parameters and process parameters on the forming quality (mainly the thickness of neck thickness and embedding value) of Al6062 and Al6062, DP500 and DP500 and Al6062 and DP500 were analyzed by single factor method. And analysis the Deformation behavior, maximum principal stress, velocity field, and punch stroke-load curve variation of Clinching. The results show that with the change of mold parameters and process parameters, the change of the neck thickness and the embedded value is opposite, and the trend of the two materials is similar. For Al6062, DP500 these two different materials, mold can achieve versatility, through the study of this study, suitable for single thickness 0.8mm Al6062 or DP500 no riveting connection of the better parameters: Z = 0.9mm , H = 1.3mm, K =0.6mm (Y = 2.3mm), R1= 0.2mm, R2= 0.2mm.
