摘要: 在这项研究中,研究了回火热处理对低碳微合金钢工艺性能的影响。将低碳微合金钢试样分成10份,分别在200、250、300、350、400、450、500、550和600℃下回火,保温2小时后空冷。比较各回火温度下的试样的硬度、冲击韧性和显微组织,并找出回火后低碳微合金钢变形原因。实验表明:经回火处理后的低碳微合金钢试样较淬火时,保持了一定硬度,韧性上升,体积下降;在550℃回火时会产生回火脆性,钢件回火需避免回火脆性。

Effects of Tempering Process on the Properties of Low-carbon Micro-alloyed Steel
Abstract: In this study, the effects of tempering process on the properties of low-carbon micro-alloyed steel were investigated. The low-carbon micro-alloyed steel samples were divided into 10 parts. Then the samples were respectively tempered at temperatures of 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450, 500, 550 and 600℃ for 2 hours and then air-cooled. The hardness, impact toughness and microstructure of these samples were analyzed and compared, and identify the cause of the deformation of the steels. The result showed the properties of low-carbon micro-alloyed steel after tempering compared with quenching were maintaining a certain strength, toughness up and volume down. Tempering at 550℃ will produce temper brittleness, when steel tempering need to avoid temper brittleness.
