摘要随着科学技术的发展和工业技术的提高，越来越多的工业机器人被广泛应用在实际 生产中，机器人与手工操作相比，有着明显的优势。药芯焊丝作为高新焊接材料，其优 良的操作性能、广泛的运用性、熔化速度快带来的高效、以及可用于以机器人为主的自 动化焊接等一系列特征，机器人药芯焊丝焊接在生产运用中有着重大意义。80643

本文进行了机器人药芯焊丝 MAG 焊工艺的研究，主要在平角焊、立角焊方面的运用 及操作进行研究。通过调整焊接电流、焊接电压、焊接速度、双侧停留时间、摆幅、摆 长等参数对试板进行平角焊和立角焊，对所得焊缝的成形进行比较，探索出最佳的焊接 参数。证明机器人药芯焊丝 MAG 焊是否可行和是否能广泛应用于实际生产中。

Abstract With the development of science and technology and the improvement of industrial technology,more and more industrial robots have been widely used in practical production,in robot compared with manual operation,has obvious advantages。The flux-cored wire is a new welding materials,excellent performance,widely used,melting speed of high efficiency,and can be used to give priority to with robot automatic welding and a series of characteristics of flux-cored welding robot has great significance in production use。

This article has carried on the robot research ob flux-cored wire MAG welding process,mainly in the flat fillet weld,the use of vertical fillet welding aspect and operation were studied。By adjusting the welding current,welding voltage,welding speed,long residence time,swing on both sides on both sides to boxer test plate parameters,such as welding and fillet welding,carries on the comparison to the income of the weld forming,explore the welding parameters。Proved the feasibility of flux-cored wire MAG welding robot is and whether can be widely used in practical production。
